Profile

Dr. Paul was born in Northern Alberta and educated in Alberta public schools and taught high school for ten years, before achieving advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction Studies from Universities of Alberta and Lethbridge. Dr. Paul joined the Faculty of Education (University of Calgary) in 1992. Through his tenure in the Faculty, Dr. Paul has focused on undergraduate teacher education, graduate curriculum theory / practices studies, and educational-leadership-technology international capacity development project design, implementation and evaluation in countries such as: Afghanistan, Belize, China, Nigeria, and South Africa…as well, Dr. Paul has been involved in framing development projects in countries such as: Kosovo and Chile.
