Registration for the conference will remain open until May 4 or whenever capacity is reached. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.

Graduate and Undergraduate Students will receive a 25% discount off any of the above fees when they use discount code: IDEASstudent




Continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included on both days of the conference.

All fees and transactions are in Canadian Dollars

*Two optional workshops are being offered this year. Conference Delegates and Presenters who opt to take one of the two workshops will be charged an additional fee



Refund Policy

In your conference confirmation email there are instructions regarding modifying or cancelling your registration. All transactions are in Canadian Dollars. For cancellations received by Friday, April 14, 2017 65% of the amount paid will be refunded to the credit card that was used in the initial transaction. Registration cancellations received after Friday, April 14, 2017 will receive NO refund.
