Be mindful of your wellness

As our community navigates the rapidly changing events of COVID-19, it is important to look after yourself

Everyone is going to react differently to the occurrence and changing circumstances involving COVID-19. 

Recognize that your reaction and emotions are okay, and there may be a range of responses to this situation. It is common to feel stress or anxiety in a time of uncertainty.

During a time when it feels like we have little control, it is important to be mindful of what we can do, in the present moment, with the information and resources that we currently have.
