Professional Learning

Empowering educators with critical knowledge and practical strategies to support wellbeing, mental health, and resilience in schools.

We help build educators’ capacity for evidence-based practice and policy to support wellbeing and resilience in education.  We partner with school leaders to co-design evidence-based professional learning experiences tailored to local needs, capacity, and culture.

Sample topics:

  • Compassionate leadership
  • Creating conditions for wellbeing
  • Psychosocial supports
  • Understanding and supporting ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other learning needs
  • Supporting grief, loss, and community wellbeing
  • Multi-tiered systems of supports
  • Collaborative approaches and assessment strategies for targeted interventions
  • Integrating services and resource management for wellbeing and mental health initiatives, including how to align professional practices with established frameworks, such as the Teaching Quality Standard (TQS) and Leadership Quality Standard (LQS)
  • Pathways through and from services

Partner with us to support your schools’ professional learning needs.
