Since Fall 2018, Werklund School of Education has been using Zoom for its online synchronous classroom sessions and  academic staff have it as an option for other communications as well. Instructional guides have been developed for instructor and student reference.

If you have been using a personal Zoom account, please merge your account when you log in to the licensed UCalgary account at this time.  This will allow you to access your updated accounted via your UCID log in.  If you are doing this on a smart device ensure that you select the single sign on (SSO) option and input ucalgary in the company field.

The UCalgary licensed account of Zoom is integrated into D2L and allows Zoom access under the Communications tab in your D2L course shells.
