Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence in the Postplagiarism Era
Dr. Sarah Elaine Eaton and her team asked more than 450 research participants to assess whether writing was written by a human, generated by an artificial intelligence (GenAI) app, or cut-and-pasted from the internet. The team also interviewed a portion of the participants to find out what they thought about academic cheating in the age of GenAI.
